- Will conduct an unbiased professional energy efficiency evaluation of your home or business. Gather on site test data and utilize it to provide you with a concise, accurate assessment of your situation.
(not a generic one size fits all assessment).
- Provides a detailed report highlighting critical health and safety issues in addition to specific opportunities for cost savings and comfort improvement.
- Once problem areas are identified, we will work with you to develop a prioritized, cost effective plan of action and workscope. If you request, we can provide the names of certified pre-qualified contractors to bid on the remediation measures.
- Assist with utility company rebates, cash incentives, or financing programs specifically designed for energy efficiency projects.
- At the end of the project we can provide follow up testing to show the level of effectiveness the remediation measures have provided.
- All energy audits are conducted by BPI
(Building Performance Institute) Certified Building Analysts using the latest industry accepted standards and methods.
